Ok, so i kind of hate the styling language of almost all modern car companies with only a couple exceptions, but Honda has been particularly bothersome to me recently. That line between their rear bumper and their trunk screams "I'm fat! Watch me try to suck it in!"
Honestly Honda, how do you look at this
and not see this
Am i the only one who thinks that line goes a long way towards making every honda look fat? The worst part is HONDAS ARE FAT THESE DAYS.

I think I meed to talk to my agency. I never gave permission for my photos be used in this manner. I was told they were for Sans-a-belt Slacks.

My Dart and the Focus before it both have big asses. The Focus had the honda lines though.

Yeah, not gonna lie, i hate the way that gen focus looks. I think the dart is generally pretty good looking for what it is.

Eh, the rear 3/4 is it's best angle but it had to grow on me when I got it. The SES looked decent. The Dart is definitely good looking though. I love the taillights, they make the car for me.

Yeah, its funny because the Dart is trying to carry over styling cues from the Charger (such as those taillights) and while I think those cues look kind of off on the Charger, they look right at home on the more compact Dart. I also really like their engine options on the Dart, i think that it's very interesting that they offer two equivalently powerful engines that are very different in character.

And they all can be had with a stick shift! The 1.4 and the 2.4 are definitely very different in character. By chance, I had to drive a 2.4 GT a day or two before I bought my car and the difference between the two is like night and day. When I was driving it, I thought about how they changed the name from R/T to GT before production and how it was definitely the right choice. The GT feels more like a grand tourer. It's more relaxed and more of a highway cruiser than you would expect from a car wearing an R/T badge, and I'm glad they reserved tbat for somwthing else.
The 1.4 feels quicker than the 2.4 once the boost builds and it sounds better, but it's somewhat quirky whereas the 2.4 is more traditional and maybe a bit more palatable to more customers. I prefer my 1.4T, it just needs an exhaust. Being an Aero, it doesn't have the dual pipes of a Rallye and it loses the burble at idle and alot of the nastiness as the revs climb.

Interesting. I've never driven a Dart, but I had to research them for work once and i remember trying to imagine what the different engines must have felt like. The 1.4T is clearly the one to have though, it sounds like it really adds to the personality of the car. It also makes more torque right?

10 more lb-ft 2300rpm sooner. And it's definitely the engine to get. It's an Alfa underneath, how can you pass up the turbocharged Fiat motor? I love the Italian aspect of the car, it makes it feel exotic in a way. Whereas the 2.4 is the World Engine shared with Hyundai and Mitsu, but with the Fiat Multiair valvetrain.
